UV Series "H" Series Ultra-Vac

Single Stage design. Ultra-Vac's design provides near perfect vacuum of 29.7"Hg. Used to evacuate chambers, degas liquids and in other processes requiring vacuum levels of 1/4"Hg absolute (8'Torr). IAV Version of Vacuum Sleeve Inserts

Single Stage design. Vacuum Sleeve Inserts are available in two versions. IAV versions quickly and effectively generate vacuum using compressed air as the energy source. They are primarily used in evacuation and purging applications and used with suction cups in material handling and lifting applications. The IAV versions are available in brass and are easily installed Provide a properly sized cavity and then simply push in a vacuum sleeve insert. ITD Version of Vacuum Sleeve Inserts

Single Stage design. Vacuum Sleeve Inserts are available in two versions. ITD versions have straight thru vacuum passage making them ideal for the transport or conveying of solid materials. The ITD versions are available in steel and are easily installed. Provide a properly sized cavity and then simply push in a vacuum sleeve insert. Come with thru passages up to .261" and vacuum flow rates up to 7.8 scfm.

Vacuum Cups

Constructed out of Neoprene, but selected models are also available in silicone, teflon, or gum rubber. Five models are fixed in size, and two models cover the sizes from 1/16" to 9/16" with overlapping. Fittings to attach the cups to vacuum lines are available separately.

Vacuum Probes

Constructed out of metal there are 4 types of probes and 2 different handles. Each handle comes with 6 feet of flexible tubing and a 1/8-27 NPT tube connector. Probe tips #23 and #29 are designed for use with VC-316 and VC-916 vacuum cups respectively.
