• Dash 3 Manifolds

  Model M03xxxxx 1/4 NPT or BSPP Pipe Manifold with 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 stations and either bottom or side 10-32 (M5) output ports.

• Stackable 1/8 NPT or BSPP Manifold for DASH 2 and DASH 3

  This manifold system is a flexible and versatile set of building blocks. Sealing plates with O-rings separate the modules which are joined together with three tie rods. All module sections are supplied as kits. Each kit comes with a base section, sealing plate and O-rings. A special gallery block may be used to block off the supply and/or exhaust galleries. The family of parts consists of Headers, Center Modules, Master Modules, External Pressure Supply Modules, Gallery Block Kits and Mounting brackets. Features include:
  • These parts can be assembled to combine DASH 2 and DASH 3 valves on the same manifold.
  • Manifold assemblies can be either side ported, bottom ported or a combination of both.
  • A Master Module controls the air supply to the to the module sections downstream of it. Energizing the valve on the module supplies air to the manifold while de-energizing it exhaust the air. There are no cylinder ports available on the Master Module.
  • External Pressure Supply Modules used with Gallery Blocks allow provisions for multiple supply pressures.

• Model 468-2 10-32 UNF Plug

  for sealing unused 10-32 UNF ports in manifolds, fittings, etc. Plug 468-2 has the 10-32 thread seal pre-assembled and captivated to assure positive sealing with mechanical stop for metal to metal draw down. 1/4" hex head.

• Model 380-2 Barb Cap

  is used to close off unused barbs in manifolds, fittings, etc. To use the barb cap simply push the cap over the barb. Pull in line with the barb to remove cap. Cap may be reused.

• Model 186-2 Tube Barb

  Custom barb installation requires a close tolerance .073 hole. Apply Loctite RC40 to the barb shank along the chamfer. Press or tap barb shank into hole to a depth of .15". Bake assembly 1 hour at 200°F.

• Air Jets - What is an Air Jet? When air is directed through a tube that has a length at least three times its ID a laminar air flow is created. This narrow stream of air is directable and its length is controllable by the input pressure. Air Jets consist of some or all of these separate components: Nozzle in six styles with orifices of 1/16" or 1/32", Nut, 3 different lengths of base; holder; needle valve; and manifold.
• Quick Disconnect Coupling - One of the smallest automatic quick disconnect couplings with a shut-off valve on the market. There are three plug connector styles and four socket connector styles. The single shut-off socket connector closes the valve when disconnected. Porting options are 10-32 and 1/8 NPT.
• Micro Coupling - Micro couplers are used in systems where rapid and repeated connecting and disconnecting of fluid conductors is required. Available in valved bulkhead socket, valved inline socket, straight-thru inline socket, and plug connector. Connections are via barb connections or 10-32 threaded.
• Ribbon Tube Connectors - The Ribbon Tube Connector easily connects and disconnects sections of a system, ensuring fast installation of multiple tube lines. These connectors may be stacked vertically. Connections are .062 barb, .110 barb or .170 barb either in plug or socket bars.
• O-ring Seal Fittings in Electroless Nickel and Stainless Steel - The O-ring fitting was designed with the superior static sealing qualities of an O-ring plus the reliability of a metal-to-metal mechanical fit. • Mini Banjo Fittings - Mini Banjo Fittings are ideal for limited space applications. An overall height of 1/2" contributes to a 23% space savings over standard o-ring fittings (overall height of .65) Fittings may be stacked two or three high. Fittings are run tee, cross, elbow, tee, stacking elbow and stacking tee. Connections are .100 barb, .141 barb and .172 barb.
• Tapered Thread Brass Fittings - This unique design eliminates the need for a soft seal undercut at the base of the fitting and produces a seal similar to pipe tread. The absence of the undercut also allows for a larger than normal hole permitting more flow. Tapered threads are sturdier than thin walled 10-32 fittings and can be used in conventional straight female threads as well.
